Comparing Adolescence

Our parents and us have some similarities with our adolescence but there are also some big differences. Both of the generations seem to have a hard time during adolescence with emotions and how they look. Both generations seem to believe that they change when they get into there adolescent years from when they are kids and when they turn into an adult. One of the biggest differences in the generations is that before they didn't have as much technology so they would spend a lot more time outside, but now since we have a lot more technology and it's a lot more advanced so we spend more time inside then outside. I think that if we didn't have such advanced technology we would probably spend more time outside with friends or playing sports like the last generation did. I think that both of them have there ups and downs because now there is a lot of technology that makes it easy but then we don't go out as much so we aren't as social or active. Before they didn't have technology so they were more social and active.

FRIM Trip

During our field trip at FRIM I felt more comfortable with being around all of my friends more than I was uncomfortable. There was such a big group of students and teachers together but I felt normal and calm. I was really comfortable being with my friends for almost 36 hours because it felt natural and it felt like we were at school together. The one thing I was really uncomfortable about was when we took a shower or went to the bathroom. Since there were so many people you weren't sure if someone was going to walk in or accidentally look at you. I liked everything about this trip besides the bathrooms and showers. What I like the most about this trip was about was that we were able to pick out partners and that people were really comfortable around everyone else. Overall it was a really good trip and I learned a lot about my friends and made some more friends.
